Purchasing from Innermon

These sales terms describe ordering, support, and aftersales handling for purchases from the Innermon online store.

Before placing an order

Review the product description, size guide, selected size and color, quantity, delivery address, and the complete checkout total before paying. Our products are made to order.

Review our shipping and returns policies before ordering. If you need help, email support@innermons.com.

Order changes and cancellation requests

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production starts, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights provided by applicable law.

Problems with an order

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Innermon Support with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where possible. For confirmed damaged or defective items, the review, return-decision, and full affected-item refund terms in our Returns and refunds policy apply. A free replacement is an alternative only if we both agree. If we sent an incorrect item, we will review it and arrange an appropriate free replacement or refund, subject to applicable law.

Personal-preference refunds, returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order products, except as required by applicable law. Contact us first so we can review the issue and decide case by case whether a return is required. Do not send an item back unless we have asked you to do so and provided return instructions.

Gifts

If you are arranging an in-person gift exchange, you can have the order delivered to you for your own wrapping and handoff. Do not assume that gift wrapping, a physical card, or anonymous direct delivery is included.

Privacy and consumer rights

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. These terms do not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law.

Submission

You must be 18 or older to submit a Sighting. By submitting, you confirm that your story contains no real names, company names, identifying details, or confidential information. If you choose Yes to adaptation, you permit Innermon to adapt and publish an anonymized version. With that permission, Innermon may shorten or edit the story; Innermon may decline any submission. Nothing is published automatically. Every Sighting is read, but individual replies are not guaranteed.
