Returns and refunds

Innermon products are made to order. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for a change of mind, because you selected the wrong size or color, or for other personal preferences, except as required by applicable law. Please review the product details and size guide before ordering.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email support@innermons.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where possible. We may ask for additional information to understand what happened.

We will review the information and decide case by case whether the item needs to be returned.

Once our review confirms that the item is defective or arrived damaged and we have decided whether a return is required, we will refund the full amount you actually paid for the affected item, including applicable tax and any customer-paid original Standard shipping charge attributable to that item.

A free replacement may be arranged instead if we both agree.

Other items in the same order are not automatically refunded. If you paid $0 for shipping, there is no customer-paid shipping charge to refund. We do not deduct supplier production or shipping costs from your refund.

Incorrect items or delivery issues

If we sent an item different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We will review it and arrange an appropriate free replacement or refund, subject to applicable law.

For an approved incorrect-item refund, we refund the amount you actually paid for the affected item, applicable tax, and any original Standard shipping charge you paid that is attributable to that item.

If your order has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate and explain the next steps.

Before sending anything back

Contact us before sending anything back. Do not send an item back unless we have asked you to do so and provided return instructions. The address printed on a shipping label is not an instruction to return your purchase there.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
