Production and shipping

Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2-5 business days. After your order ships, Standard delivery within the United States usually takes a further 2-5 business days, so most orders arrive 4-10 business days after you order. These are estimates, not guarantees, and production and delivery can take longer during the holiday season.

Production is the time needed to prepare your item; transit is the time it spends traveling after it ships. Timing can vary by product, destination, and fulfillment provider.

Delivery details and charges

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping within the United States is free on all products. Check your delivery address carefully, and review applicable taxes and your complete order total at checkout before paying.

Items in the same order may be fulfilled by different providers and may arrive in separate parcels. Do not assume that every item will arrive together or ship from the same location.

Changes, delays, and delivery problems

If you need to correct an address or have a delivery problem, contact Innermon Support promptly with your order number. Changes may no longer be possible once production starts.

If an order is delayed, we will explain the available next steps, including any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
